My credo is based on the following quote:

Keep your thoughts positive because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive because your words become your behaviours. Keep your behaviours positive because your behaviours become your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny.”–Mohandas K. Gandhi

The Areas of Coaching Expertise:

Coaches provide support, structure and encouragement to help people  fulfil their potential, make the most of their lives and move forward in the areas which they want to change – for example in their relationships, careers, fitness/sport, work-life balance or self-confidence.
By observation, listening and questioning, coaches explore with clients their situation, values and beliefs. They work with clients to find ways in which they might achieve their aims and help them to set appropriate goals. By remaining supportive and non-judgmental, life coaches encourage clients to maintain motivation and commitment and to find ways of overcoming barriers and setbacks. They may challenge assumptions through constructive feedback, but do not tell clients what to do; their main aim is to empower clients to take control of their life by finding answers for themselves. They may sometimes suggest referral to an appropriate therapist if a client agrees that they would benefit from this.

Some of the frequent concerns, which life coach can assist you with, are:
Self-confidence issues
Employment & Career Orientation
Relationship issues
Burnout & Stress

Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) is based on adaptation of the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to life coaching, applying it in a non-therapeutic way to the problems of everyday life, enabling individuals to define and reach their goals.
Precisely speaking – Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is a fusion of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused approaches, Goal Setting Theory, Rational Emotive Therapy and Social Cognitive Theory.
CBC is a goal-focused and a time-limited way, focused on the present. It is a non-therapeutic approach dealing with non-clinical problems and challenges.
Cognitive Behavioral Coaching primarily aimed at assisting individuals in challenging regressive beliefs, developing capabilities, enhancing motivation, self-worth, problem-solving abilities, in order to eliminate all possible psychological obstacles, which interfere with the goal achievement.

The approach has been found to enhance:

  • goal-striving,

  • well-being,

  • resilience,

  • emotional management,

  • sales performance,

  • ‘significant’ personal and professional value,

  • core self evaluation,

through the methods of

– resilience coaching,
– performance coaching,
– career coaching,
– relationship coaching,

– stress management coaching,

– life coaching

and other areas of coaching.

CBC posits goal attainment is best achieved by understanding the reciprocal relationships between the individual’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours and environment.

Transition coaching focuses on the process that you go through as you experience your own life-shifts.
Transition coaching helps you adapt to a transition that’s already occurred. The transition process involves two components – the physical changes and the psychological changes, so, transition coaching doesn’t focus only on  the motivational, strategic and planning aspects of transitions. It seeks to provide you with encouragement, questioning, goal-development, diverse planning, support and sharing.
Are you relocating and having a tough time adjusting to your new life?  Don’t worry!
This is perfectly normal and many people do take a long time to settle into life overseas.
Living abroad is an adventure, but sometimes you need someone with experience to help you appreciate the journey.
Change can be thrilling and devastating all at the same time, so, undependable on your tasks and desires, having the right support can make a difference.
Some of us have a hard time making the adjustment when we first move abroad, while others handle the transition just fine. Everyone deals with change differently, but change joined by cultural differences may challenge even the smartest and culturally literate individual.
We help you identify issues, where cultural differences are the cause and provide training and coaching to increase cultural awareness and competence.
